TOP 10 - Cholesterol Lowering Foods

Our Top 10 Cholesterol lowering Foods are good to know and understand.  As a responsible Food and Beverage Photography Studio, we want to occasionally add tips that can help our audience out.  These foods include: Almonds - 2 ounces a day will help raise healthy HDL and will lower bad LDL. Orange Juice - drink 8 ounces of sterol-fortified OJ.  Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons a day are rich in antioxidants and heart-healthy monosaturated fats.  Steamed Asparagus - Steaming veggies may do a better job of binding bile.  Oatmeal - great source of soluable fiber which helps prevent cholesterol from being absorbed into your bloodstream.  Pinto Beans - people who eat 1/2 cup a day have lowered cholesterol 8 percent in 12 weeks.  Blueberries - this is a nutritious superfood. Tomatoes - lycopene-rich tomatoes can knock down your percentage by 10.  Avacado - Lowers bad LDL and triglycerides.  Dark Chocolate - loaded with flavonoids which are antioxidants that lower cholesterol.
